PURE ORDER BREWING COMPANY ANNOUNCES A NEW BEER STYLE TO THEIR LINEUP: THE SBA
The Perfect Beer For Summer: Golden In Color With A Soft Finish, This Extra Pale Ale Is The Beer You’ve Been Craving For Those Hot Summer Days
SANTA BARBARA, CA. -- March 23, 2016 -- James Burge, Brewmaster and Owner of Pure Order Brewing Company, 410 N. Quarantina St. Santa Barbara, has been cooking up a brand new craft brew for his taproom and for distribution. The new beer, called SBA, comes to us as an extra pale ale at 4.7% ABV and 20 IBU.
The SBA -- offensive to nobody, drinkable to all (21+). The perfect session beer, SBA is the beer you’ve been craving for those days in the warm Santa Barbara sun with friends. Golden in color, this bright extra pale ale leans on the lighter side but packs a gentle burst of balanced hop and malt flavor while boasting a soft finish, leaving your taste buds expecting another sip. Whether you’re the active outdoor lifestyle type, a craft beer aficionado, or the occasional beer drinker, then this beer is for you.
SBA is now on tap at Pure Order’s tasting room as well as a number of bars and restaurants around town. Look for it in its beautiful crafted six pack carriers at your local liquor store or pick up a six pack at the tasting room.
SBA Beer Description
As Pure Order’s Head of Sales, David Burge describes James’ beer. “My cousin is known for making full flavored craft beer with a remarkably balanced and clean finish, as recognized by most in his very popular beer, the Santa Barbara Pale Ale.”
James Burge explains why he wanted to make the SBA, “I wanted to brew something for the every Santa Barbarian. Something easy to drink refreshing to the taste in these up and coming hot spring/summer days.”
The Pure Order team just wrapped up their SBA Release Party at their tasting room and hops garden this past Saturday (03/19/2016). The event was a sure blow out, starting the party off in true Pure Order fashion with a live guitar solo by Conner Cherland and closing down the house with a some tropical jams by LAYOVR. Scott Wallace from Wine Dine Build had his pop-up burger station with a long line for his famous Cuban Cowboy and sliders. Despite the gloomy haze outside the brewery kept a steady flow of craft beer drinkers, neighbors, friends & family well into the evening.
